At VampireFreaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; please keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
